Jason Oxios
Founder, Loco4Golf.com

Born on Long Island, New York, Jason started playing golf when he was in High School. He shot his first and only hole-in-one while shooting a practice round while on the golf team. Jason held on to those very same golf clubs for close to 12 years until one day his car was stolen with his golf clubs in his trunk. He got the car back after a few days but the clubs were gone. For almost ten years after Jason played with a "hand-me-down" set from a friend who never mentioned that his former clubs were custom fit to his 5'-5" frame. Being that Jason is 6'-2" you could imagine the difficulties he had playing with those shorter clubs. Before total frustration set in, Jason found Gary Balliet, now L4G's Custom Club Director, from a Craig's List ad, who would size him up and fit him with a custom set of golf clubs. Thus the synergistic relationship was born that has lead to the culmination of Loco4Golf.com. Having experienced playing the game with a quality set of golf clubs custom fit to his swing measurements convinced him of the value and renewed his passion

Jason's professional background is with marketing and graphic design. A graduate from Arizona State's Graphic Design Program, Jason's skills and love for the game of golf combined with the talents of a top-notch custom club building team lead him to create Loco4Golf.

Gary Balliet
PGA Golf Pro & Custom Club Director

Gary grew up in Pontiac , Michigan and has lived in Arizona for almost 34 years. A PGA member since 1980, Gary has worked for the Golf Academy of Arizona the past 12 years were he teaches students how to become golf instructors and certifes students to build and repair golf equipment. Gary has been teaching privately at the 500 Club the past 10 years and has and has been promoting the game around the country for 33 years

Currently, he works as a PGA Instructor for the Golf Academy of Arizona teaching club building and fitting, golf course maintenance, and golf history. He has been certified as a Club Builder for many years, which requires keeping up with the latest technology. Gary has made an excess of 1,000 set of golf clubs the past 5 years and prides himself in properly FITTING every customer prior to assembly. His philosophy is very simple—Golf instruction and the custom fitting of golf equipment, to the individual, (not rack clubs) is a must; if the desire is to improve and become a better ball striker. Good golf swings and inferior golf equipment are like two friends that always argue never accomplishing their goals. One needs to compliment the other!

Loco Lobo

LL@Loco4Golf.com

Loco Lobo
Loco4Golf mascot

We're not excatly sure where LL came from and it was by chance that we happened to stumble upon him. He used to be a regular desert wolf until one day he stumbled upon some lost golf balls while roaming the great golf courses of the southwest. Always a keen observer, LL watched the golfers play and eventually picked up the game when he found a lost pitching web on the 13th green at Silverado. Armed with a golf club and several errant golf balls, LL now spends his time chasing birdies and eagles instead of squirrels and rabbits. He can't seem to get enough of the game and spends his days insanely pursuing a perfect swing. If you look hard enough you will find Loco Lobo at almost any local course, tournament, or driving, range. He might even be living somewhere in your neighborhood or even in your own home.
